  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Cut the carrots into uniform-sized pieces, about 2 inches long.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Place the carrots on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the honey-oil mixture over them, tossing to coat evenly.
